Municipal information dissemination and citizen’s participation

 

The main goal of the project was to improve the service delivery of Belgrade municipalities and to contribute to better understanding among citizens about jurisdiction of local authorities (municipalities) and their services. 

 

The project activities were implemented through the development of a comparative analysis, containing national and international norms and standards and the development of specific recommendations in a form of manual, based on sustainable and affordable solutions in this field of communication between local authorities and citizens.

The Project was implemented in 2011,

in Belgrade municipalities of Vracar, Stari grad, Zvezdara, Cukarica, Palilula, Mladenovac i Obrenovac, with the financial support of the City of Belgrade – Agency for European Integrations and Cooperation with Civil Society.
